Edge glued wood : Quality

Edge Glued beams of Lignum Europe are quality products.

There are two quality finishing's in beams available:

Visible Quality and Industrial Quality.

Visible Quality

• Discolorations as a result of blue stain not permitted
• After planing, the missing knots and the not completely planed lamellas are filled up with filling compounds
• Beams are scoured
• Lengths are cut perpendicularly
• Beams are finished for transport per piece with winding foils

Industrial Quality

• Discolorations as a result of blue stain permitted
• Knots and missing areas and the not completely planed lamellas are permitted
• Beams are not scoured
• Lengths are not cut perpendicularly
• Beams are placed on pallets for transport
